In Tokyo it has rained strange bubbles, through which the laws of gravity have been embraced. In the city cut off from the outside world, groups of young people who have lost their families have lost to dangerous parcour competitions on the floating buildings.

The young and talented Hibiki, who is known for his dangerous playing style, falls someday during a daring run into the gravity-changing sea. He is saved from Uta, a girl with mysterious powers. Then the two hear a unique sound, which only you perceive. Why is UTA ​​appeared in front of Hibiki? Her meeting leads to a discovery that the world is changing.

Responsible for the series is Tetsuro Araki, who was also involved in classics such as Death Note and Attack on Titan. The script comes from Gen Urobuchi.
