Here the first trailer for the anime of Tekken

And so out of nowhere, Netflix and Bandai Namco have announced Tekken: Bloodline , an anime inspired by the popular video game franchise that will be arriving at the _streaming platform at some point of this year. Jin Kazama will be the protagonist of the series, and here you can take a look at his first advance in video.

Netflix described the series as follows:

"'Power is everything.' Jin Kazama learned the martial arts of his family from an early age thanks to his mother. Even so, he did not have the power to stop a monstrous evil that appeared from nothing and who destroyed everything he wanted, changing his life forever. Angry with himself for not being able to do anything about it, Jin swore revenge and sought absolute power to achieve it. The mission of him will take him to the definitive mission on a global battle scene - the King of Iron Fist tournament. "

Beyond this synopsis and trailer, ni Netflix Ni Bandai gave official details about the project, however, this would not be the first time that Tekken is taken to another half beyond the games. Tekken: The Motion Picture debuted in 1998 and Tekken: Blood Viseance In 2011. The franchise has also ventured to the Live-Action Kingdom with Tekken in 2009 and its prequel Tekken 2: Kazuya's Revenge In 2014. Both debuted with negative criticism.

Editor's note : Netflix continues with this obsession of wanting to adapt some of the most popular franchises of video games to anime, and we all know the kind of results that this can produce. It is still early to judge Tekken: Bloodline, but hopefully not as bad as it could come to believe.
