Hogwarts Legacy: Reserve extras and all available launch editions are filtered
While we still do not know the exact launch date of the expected Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy, it seems that pre-reservation bonds have leaked in Reddit. When investigating the source code of the official website, a network user was able to find elements that he identified as digital reserve extras linked to different editions of the game (standard, luxury and collector).
There is no doubt that Hogwarts Legacy, like almost any game, will have premium and/or collector versions to satisfy fans _,but they had not yet been detailed. Obviously, all the information we have here must be taken with tweezers: nothing is confirmed and the few lines of code present on the official site do not mean that Warner Bros and Avalanche Software is definitive.

Without further ado, this is what Reddit's publication of /Opalement tells us:I found a list of extras for the editions of the game taking a look on the home page of Hogwartslegacy.com._ The list in question is The next.

- Dark Arts Cosmetic Package
- Dark arts combat sand
- Dark Arts Hat
- Early access to the game 72 hours before launch
- Kelpy tunic (an aquatic animal demon that appears in the movie Fantastic Animals 3)
- Metallic box
- Ancient Floating Magic Wand with Book
The Reddit user indicates that the notions of only digital and Digital Deluxe are also present at the site, which obviously implies that certain objects will only be available with the purchase of the edition in question.
It is difficult to know if these are extras that are offered only to people who reserve the game or to all buyers: the mere presence of access 72 hours in advance reminds more of the reserve bonds seen with some games like FIFA.
Not so interesting?
On the official Hogwarts Legacy website, it is specified that there will be no microtransactions available in the game, that is, the player will not be able to buy with real money, accelerators for exclusive potions or cosmetics.
All articles and ingredients will be obtained through the game. Therefore, this means that the extras presented previously in this article and the cosmetic packages will only be destined for the players who reserve/buy the game in one of the corresponding editions.
If we assume, for example, that thestral mount is an exclusive purchase of the Deluxe edition, then the players who have a standard version will probably never get it (or perhaps much later in the game). Obviously, this is not yet clear, but we will probably have answers in the coming weeks!
The launch of Hogwarts Legacy is quickly approaching and communication around the title is accelerating, we should soon have an advance of the release date!
