The results of the first case, which determine whether to allow P2E games, will be sentenced in January 2023. However, regardless of the results, the case is expected to rise to the Supreme Court, so the final result will take more time. Therefore, it is necessary not to leave the judiciary to determine whether the P2E game is allowed.

On the 15th, the 4th pleading of the Seoul Administrative Court (Deputy Judge Kim Jong-joong), Sky People, filed against the Game Water Management Committee. On the day, the plaintiff Sky People and the Defendant Game Management Committee agreed on the schedule and sentence schedule without making new claims. The decision trial was scheduled for September 30 and the sentence was scheduled for January 2023.

The incident took place in March 2021. In the legal profession, the outcome of this incident is late. It is explained that the trial is in charge of the first case to determine whether the P2E game is allowed. There is no case about whether the P2E game is allowed. In general, the case of making precedents is longer than usual.

In fact, the court said, I want the manuscript and the defendant to be fully reviewed.

The decision trial scheduled for September 30 is a time to summarize what the plaintiff and the defendant have claimed. Afterwards, the court reviews for three to four months and decides.

The sentence shall be included in the 'classification cancellation' and 'rejection of classification'. Earlier, the Game Committee canceled its own classification decision on Google Play and Apple App Store because there is a problem with the 'Five Stars for Klaytn' P2E function developed by Sky People. Since then, Sky People has applied for classification on the game, but the game commission refused. The two cases are different, but the law is the same, and it was actually merged.

An official of the Game Water Management Committee said, It is expected that the NFT paid-in transaction in the P2E game will be a major issue whether the game company has worked hard or not intended.
