The horror title scorn finally has a publication date

The horror title scorn was originally announced in 2016, the associated Kickstarter campaign then listed the year 2018 as a publication date for the new game. Meanwhile, we know that nothing has become from this date.

A few months ago, collaboration between the developer studios A44, Alpha Channel, Aware, EBB Software, Shape farm, Similar, and Timberline was founded the new Publishing company Kepler Interactive. In the announcement, scorn was also listed for the year 2022.

Scorn gets the right release date

Now there is a few more concrete information through a new update of the Kickstarter page of Scorn. According to Ljubomir Polar, the CEO of EBB Software, Scorn is now 75 percent finished. The developers therefore hope that the title can be published in October 2022:

We want to make sure that scorn is the best game it can. Mysterious, deliciously dark, and struggled in front of the atmosphere. Against this background, the game will be officially published in October 2022. This extra time will enable the team to ensure the team that the vision of scorn is brought to life in all its creepy, nightmare splendor to life. We know that this means a longer wait, especially for our fantastic Kickstarter community, which is in place from the beginning. Nevertheless, we strive to scorn for Our players and fans to make the best possible experience.

EBB Software also published a new atmospheric trailer for the game in which the October Release datum was once again confirmed.

Scorn should be published for PC and Xbox Series X | S. To judge the trailer, the game will also be part of the Xbox Game Pass.
